THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
SUNLAIRE's pioneering Thermal Management System (sTMS) protects our lithium batteries from extreme high and low temperature. Wherever our solar street lights are installed, no matter in the desert or in the icefield, our sTMS always creates a constant temperature environment for the batteries to maximize theirlifespan.
LOW-LIGHT CHARGING
SUNLAIRE’s Low-light Charging Technology (sLLC) in our solar street light start to work in low solar radiation. Longer charging time supports our solar lighting system 50% more power. Thus, our solar lights have two times of autonomy days than regular ones. Areas with low solar radiation or too many rainy days matches our solution well.
REMOTE MONITORING & CONTROLLING
SUNLAIRE remote monitoring & controlling system is built based on NB-IoT technology enabling you to monitor and manage every single light via computer or phone and find out the precise position of the failed light with the error alarm.
SOLAR LIGHTING DESIGN
SUNLAIRE can derivate the whole process of the solar lighting system configuration formula, so we know well of every factor in the formula. More factors will be taken into consideration in our solar lighting system design, which assures our solar lighting system more reliable and longer lifespan.
QUALITY CONTROL
Top quality control starts with design, including product design, manufacturing process design. Then, we need to select the material. For the core components, SUNLAIRE only works with named brand suppliers and purchases the best parts. The last thing to consider is inspection. Every SUNLAIRE solar street light must pass 20 strict quality checks before release.
SOLAR LIGHTING CLASS
In 2020, Li Hejun, SUNLAIRE technical director, wrote the first monograph of solar street light in China and developed a full series of training videos of solar lighting. Right after that, the Teacher Li’s Lighting Classroom was established in DOUYIN（Chinese TikTok）and ZHIHU（Chinese Quora）dedicated to share knowledge about solar street lights for free. Views soon hit 2,000,000 and the beneficiaries are too many to count.Significantly contribution has made to the growth of the solar lighting industry of China.
